Having already achieved 90% occupancy Sinthoranee is now embarking on its Phase 3 office expansion. Additionally it is launching its ‘ The Gallery Conference Room by Biz Concierge’- a new concept in conference and exhibition space – with a 50% discount available until the end of November 2010.
     Ms Kaewjai Phaoenchoke McDonald, CEO of Sinthoranee Property, said at a press conference that, from her experience of travelling abroad she had witnessed the growth in popularity of serviced offices. She continued by saying that the picture was very different in Thailand where only a few existed and those were branches of foreign companies that saw Thailand as a growth area.
      Against this background Sinthoranee identified the opportunity to grow a business that would assist Thai SMEs and new business startups which necessarily had limited capital to invest in long leases and office equipment. Here lay the motivation to open Biz Concierge – a new Thai brand of serviced offices located on the 6th floor of The Trendy office building at Sukhumvit 13 – a building owned by Thairung Group.       Speaking more about virtual offices Ms Kaewjai stated that these are very popular with business startups that wish to expand their presence but wish to limit their investment and permanent staff requirements. Additionally Biz Concierge offers registered office addresses, visa applications, secretarial and personal concierge services.
      Biz Concierge offers a new concept in functional serviced office, currently with 63 seats; now to be expanded in Phase 3. The rooms are fully furnished and equipped and can be tailored to suit the size required by its clients.
